MARKETING PLAN

I am committed to providing quality service to all of my clients. To ensure your property is marketed to an optimum level and receives the maximum market value, the following services will be performed, based on a 90-day listing agreement.

  1. Photograph your home for all advertising. Seller to approve photos.
  2. Enter the property into the Multiple Listing System Service (MLS)
  3. Prepare a "highlight" sheet of all special features of your home.
  4. Create a color and black and white flyer on the property.
    Email flyer to real estate agents (approx. 100 agents in the Hollywood Hills)
  5. Call agents who represented recent home sales in this price range and see if they have any buyers to show the property.
  6. Include listing on the internet at: KellerWilliams.com, TalkToTerri.com, Realtor.com, themls.com and LATimes.com
  7. Advertise the broker's open with a full-page ad in the Caravan Express.
  8. Host broker's catered open house.
  9. Advertise in the buyer's newspaper: Homes and Open Houses until sold.
  10. Photo ad to run in the LA Times every Saturday and Sunday until sold.
  11. Special "Just Listed" flyer to neighbors in the Hollywood Dell, Beachwood Canyon and Los Feliz (1,500 homes.
  12. Install For Sale sign on property.
  13. Have a stocked brochure box with flyers advertising the house For Sale.
  14. Hold Sunday open houses.
  15. Weekly Progress Reports.
